In his interview to Russia Today on the threshold of the Big Industrial Week in Cairo, the Minister of Trade and Industry of Egypt Amr Nassar told about the opportunities the trade fair can provide to Russian companies.
He also pointed out that the scope of Russia-Egypt cooperation is not at all limited to this event.
The Big Industrial Week International Industrial and Technology Trade Fair and Forum will take place in the International Exhibition Center of Egypt in Cairo, on 8 to 10 October 2019.
For the first time, the trade fair was presented at the 11th meeting of the Russian-Egyptian Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation in Moscow on May 23, 2018.
It will be the first analogue of the INNOPROM International Industrial Trade Fair abroad. It is expected that the project will become the most large-scale business event in the history of Russian-Egyptian relations.
The corresponding Memorandum on organization of the trade fair was signed on July 9, 2018 in presence of the Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov by CEO of Formika Group Maxim Zverkov and General Manager of the Egypt International Exhibition Center Mohammed Elamin Adel Abdelghaffar Ramadan. Business Event LLC (Formika Group) is an official operator of the Big Industrial Week.
